I've been contemplating retiring Tony-C.blogspot.com. I'd like to maybe start a new type of blog. The second after I had that thought I realized that I didn't need to retire this blog I just needed to make a fresh start and start trying something different. Hmmm.... What shall it be? More to come (or not).
Here's one of the reasons I need to reinvigorate my blog:

Face book/twitter has killed the blog.
It's quite sad. I used to enjoy writing in mine and I always liked reading yours. But when no is reading them anymore, it seems kind of pointless huh?
Oh, please don't nix the blog! It's my all-time favorite blog out there!

It is a tough one, to blog or not to blog.
I agree with jb that other "social media" impinges on blogging...but you are a pioneer! Maybe a break?
Or maybe (and I hate to be such a twitter pusher) you could just tweet? Not as thorough, perhaps not as cathartic, but I like the challenge of being limited to 140 characters.
Would your followers all be willing to go on twitter to get their Tony C fix?
