Cookie.

Does anyone really like Snickerdoodles? In my opinion they are probably the most overrated cookie.

It's funny, I really think of Snickerdoodles as a cookie from my youth. But I've yet to have one as an adult that has really knocked my socks off.

Ditto most blondies. Although I have had one super-rich pecan blondie brownie. Rich and gooey.

What is a snickerdoodle, anyway? I've seen several different versions of them. The one I'm least interested in is similar to sugar cookie with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. BORing.

I do love blondes, though. My favorite distant cousin of the blonde (and far superior, actually) is the Almonde Toffey Bar from Starbucks. It's not gooey, but it's soooo good! Yum.

I never liked the Snickerdoodle either. I must agree boring. I have had blondies I've like and I must say the oatmeal fudge bar can be quite good too.

My memories of snickerdoodles are when my step sister and I made some when I was young. I ate about 20 of them. She warned me to stop. It made me so sick I had to go lie on my bed for hours. She laughed at me.

I've only had them a couple of times since, but I find them ok. Not a favorite, but pretty good.
I prefer a good chunky cookie myself. Pecan Chocolate Chip comes to mind.
