We were married and living in sunny SoCal for about five years before we had kids. Why were we tired? What were we busy doing? Who were we and who have we become?
If anything food should be organic it should be a mushroom.

It's very hard to comment on this. But due to lack of comments on my own blog, I figure I might start a trend.
Not sure who you have become because I only know you like you are, were you something else before? It's kids. They change everything. Don't contemplate too long on it. You will become someone even more different later, so you can think about it then.
I had organic mushrooms on my salad tonite. I don't know what that means though.
Organic mushrooms are the new organic milk. You're ahead of the craze as usual, Tony C.
Big K and I found a morel mushroom in our backyard. It was several inches tall. We sautéed it with garlic, butter (lots) and white wine, and ate it on toast. It was massively delicious. We were going to landscape the area where we found it, but now it’s an off-limits nature preserve. I’m thinking of encircling it with a hurricane fence and razor wire.
If I were a television executive, Paulie Walnuts and Kirk from Gilmore Girls would each get his own spin-off show. Or maybe just one show. They would be buddy cops or roommates with bunk beds.
