What can I say to my poor blog. Are you dying? It has been too long. I know the dogs have benefited from my new morning routine (get up early, walk dogs, make breakfast and lunch for The Kid). But you my blog have suffered, I have given you no love.
So here is another one of my OCD things. You know the table lamps that have the twist switch. Many of these lamps have an extra click before the light goes on or off. What I'm saying is that on and off has two positions. This I do not like. Therefore I must leave the light in the 2nd position whether it is on or off so the next time it is used one click will change the state. It must be this way. It must...

I must say although I love getting an update on the blog I am very happy to hear the dogs are getting walked. I feel they may get a bit neglected-yet well loved.
Maybe your lamp is supposed to have a 3-way light bulb?
You're talking to the king and queen of OCD. Have you driven back home from blocks away to check the lock on your door? Do you compulsively check for your ID at least 3 times on the way to the airport? Do you have to get out of bed to make sure not only the doors are locked, but that the CAR door is locked? Do you sneak back into your child's room to make sure the crib side is up? Do you walk back from the entrance of a store to double check your car is locked? I'll stop (although unfortunately the list goes on...)
