MSN Money - Luxuries you can live without -- and should

Thought this was both funny and kind of true.

I couldn't agree more with the section at the bottom of your link titled: Ten Little Luxuries Worth Every Penny. Love the part about taking mini-vacations, hiring a professional to do one's taxes, having a manicurist, valet parking, etc., etc. Good link, Tony C.

Hey, thanks for the fruit tonight. I was hoping for chocolate, but whateva. Love you xo

Just the thought of a 15,000 square foot McMansion makes me a little ill.

I agree with SAD re: "Ten Little Luxuries..." I thought I was indulgent adding Starbuck's drink cards to our budget. Maid and Manicure-both easy sells for me; my mom has both once a week and ALWAYS has. Someday.

Since I don't like the numbers thang, I always do the tax professional- I just imagine that our return was reduced by her fee.

TIVO/DVR is an ongoing debate in our house. I think within 2 years it will happen and then we'll have more "Weekend Warriors" and "Mission: Organization" episodes than we'll ever have imagined possible.

PS I like the new profile.
